Stroke Survivor Stories

In 2022, we partnered with the University of Vermont Medical Center to collect stories from stroke survivors throughout Vermont, to be compiled into a booklet with resources to be given to stroke survivors as they leave the hospital.

"Trent and Nikki have both learned how important it is to advocate for the patient and to take notes and keep track of nurses, therapists, doctors, etc. who have helped in the past because they could be the key to getting help in the future.
